Context
Context
As cyber threats continue to evolve, organisations face increasing pressure to ensure employees understand their role in maintaining cyber resilience. Infosec People required cyber security training that would move beyond generic compliance exercises and instead provide practical, memorable learning experiences that employees could apply within their day-to-day roles.
The organisation wanted training that felt approachable, relevant, and engaging for attendees with varying levels of technical understanding.
Challenge
The challenge
Traditional cyber awareness training often struggles to maintain engagement or deliver long-term behavioural improvement. Infosec People needed a training partner capable of delivering sessions that were informative without being overly technical, while still covering the realities of modern cyber threats and secure working practices.
The training needed to:
- Improve employee awareness of common cyber threats
- Increase engagement and participation
- Deliver practical, actionable guidance
- Support employees with different technical backgrounds
- Reinforce a positive and proactive security culture
Approach
Our approach
P3M Works designed and delivered a bespoke cyber training programme tailored to the organisation’s operational environment and workforce needs.
Rather than relying on generic presentations or fear-driven messaging, the sessions focused on practical scenarios, relatable examples, and clear, jargon-free communication. Training covered phishing, social engineering, password security, safe online behaviours, and incident reporting processes, all delivered in an accessible and engaging format.
The sessions encouraged discussion and interaction throughout, helping attendees feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence around cyber security topics.
Outcome
Outcome
The training programme was successfully delivered and received strong positive feedback from attendees. Employees demonstrated improved understanding of cyber threats, increased confidence identifying suspicious activity, and greater awareness of secure working practices.
By focusing on practical guidance and human behaviour, the engagement helped strengthen the organisation’s overall cyber resilience and foster a more security-conscious culture across the workforce.
